UK Strollers Refund Policy

At UK Strollers, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfying experience for all our users. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you might need a refund for a transaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be provided
1. Eligibility for Refunds
1.1 Technical Issues:
If you experience a technical issue with the UK Strollers App or the rented Product that prevents you from using the service as intended, you may be eligible for a refund. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where the Product fails to unlock, a cart rental cannot be ended, or the Product becomes inoperable during use due to mechanical failure.
1.2 Accidental Charges:
If you believe you have been accidentally charged for a service you did not use, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction. Refunds for accidental charges will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
1.3 Service Availability:
If you were unable to find an available Product after confirming a rental and were charged a fee, you may be eligible for a refund. This includes situations where the Product was not operational or was otherwise inaccessible.
1.4 Promotions and Discounts:
Refunds for promotional offers and discounts are generally not provided. If a discount or promotional code fails to apply correctly at the time of purchase, please contact support immediately for assistance.
2. Non Refundable Situations
2.1 User Error:
Refunds will not be provided in cases of user error, including but not limited to:
Forgetting to end a ride properly.
Not following proper usage instructions resulting in additional fees.
Failure to comply with local laws and regulations, resulting in fines or penalties.
2.2 Prepaid Rides and Subscriptions:
Refunds for prepaid rides, subscriptions, or ride credits will not be issued once they have been purchased, except as required by law. If you believe you have been charged in error for a subscription renewal, please contact support within 7 days of the charge.
2.3 Partial rental Time:
Refunds will not be issued for partially completed rent or for time not used during a rental period.
3. Refund Process
3.1 Request Submission:
To request a refund, please contact UK Strollers support at support@ukstrollers.co.uk within 48 hours of the issue. Include the following information:
Your name and account details.
A detailed description of the issue.
The transaction ID or Cart ID details (date, time, location).
3.2 Review and Approval:
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. In some cases, additional documentation or evidence may be required to process your request.
3.3 Dispute Resolution:
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the issue to UK Strollers customer support team for further review. All disputes will be handled in accordance with UK Strollers Terms of Service.
